Jade GreenZymes™ Smoked Trout and Crayfish Toasts
Ingredients
8 slices of rye bread
½ ripe avocado
½ tomato
4 thin slices of smoked trout
50 g of crayfish dissected tails
8 teaspoons of fromage frais
½ teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon of Jade GreenZymes™
A few basil leaves
Preparation for the sauce
- Cut the tomato into small cubes, and remove the juice and the seeds.
- Slice the basil leaves thinly.
- Mix the tomato cubes, basil, fromage frais and Jade GreenZymes™ in a bowl.
- When you have achieved a good colour with the mixture, add a little olive oil for flavour.
Preparation for the toasts
- Mash up the avocado in another bowl and spread a layer onto the rye bread.
- Add the slices of smoked trout.
- Add a layer of the sauce.
- Finally, decorate with the crayfish tails.
